Silver Package - $250 per month
For the Client that requires occasional support on a monthly basis. Our Silver Retainer Package offers a reduced rate on all products and services.
Gold Package - $500 per month
For the Client that requires a more steady support function on a monthly basis. Our Gold Retainer Package offers a second level of reduced rates on all products and services and price protection for 6 months.
Platinum Advantage Package - $1000 per month
For the Client that requires a solid support structure. Our Platinum Advantage Retainer Package offers our best available pricing, free use of some productivity tools and price protection for 12 months.
Billing Options
ON DEMAND Non-Retainer Billing
- Per Completed Project or Project Segment - Due Upon Receipt of Invoice
- Large projects may require a deposit.
- Monthly - Due Upon Receipt of Invoice
- Conference Center - Credit Card Required and Charged Per Use
- Business Center - Credit Card Required and Charged Per Use
Retainer Billing
- Silver - $250 Monthly
- Gold - $500 Monthly
- Platinum Advantage - $1000 Monthly
The full retainer fee, based on pre-selected package, is to be paid, in full, on the 1st day of each month.
Gold and Platinum Advantage Clients may bank up to, or go over by, 50% of monthly retainer fee, at any given time. A statement indicating dollars used against retainer, dollars banked, and/or overages billed, will be issued at the end of each month.
Client may cancel, in writing, at any time. Upon cancellation, the Client's account will be settled using current monthly retainer and banked funds first. Any overages will be invoiced immediately and due within 30 days.
Should a retainer balance remain after account settlement, all banked funds will be forfeited and 50% of any remaining retainer, from the current month, will be returned to the Client within 30 days.
Admin and Beyond reserves the right to refuse renewal of any retainer. If, at any time, Admin and Beyond determines it best not to renew a retainer, the Client will be notified in writing and given 30 days to use available funds or opt for immediate settlement. After 30 days the Client's cumulative bank and current monthly retainer will be forfeited.
